Elevate Your Impact In Coaching

Become a Certified Coaching Supervisor This Year

As coaches mature in their practice, many begin to sense a shift. You might recognize that:

  • You want to expand your impact in a sustainable way

  • You want to support others at a deeper, more reflective level

  •  You’re drawn to approaches that are evidence-based and psychologically grounded

This science-informed supervision training pathway draws on the principles of positive psychology and coaching psychology to help you supervise coaches in ways that build capability and professional resilience.

Through two progressive certification levels, you’ll learn how to work with strengths, reflective inquiry, and ethical complexity, so supervision becomes a space for growth rather than correction.

Train in Psychology Informed Coaching Supervision

If you're considering offering supervision formally - or strengthening an existing supervision practice - this is the stage to build structured capability rather than relying on informal experience.

This certification pathway is designed for experienced coaches and practitioners seeking to deepen their supervision practice.

Drawing on coaching psychology, it equips you to support supervisees in navigating complexity, sustaining professional resilience, and translating reflection into meaningful practice development.

You'll develop:

  • A practical, psychology-based understanding of how effective supervision supports learning, ethics, and wellbeing

  • Frameworks to supervise using strengths, reflective inquiry, and appreciative challenge

  • Evidence-informed approaches to supporting resilience, self-efficacy, and professional growth in supervisees

  • Confidence working with ethical complexity, identity, and relational dynamics in supervision

  • A clearer professional stance and supervisor identity, aligned with recognized supervision standards

Together, they support you to supervise with greater capability, credibility, and professional maturity.

Many experienced coaches wait until they are already supervising to pursue structured training.

A stronger approach is to build supervision capability before your practice expands.

Supervision maturity develops over time - not in retrospect.

This is particularly relevant as new ICF Coaching Supervision Specialization requirements are emerging.
